Offer flexibility.

Today more than ever, people are looking for jobs that offer them a balance with their interests and pursuits. If you consider ways you can provide flexibility, such as with scheduling or certain benefits or otherwise, you may be in a better position to attract the best candidates.

Ask the right questions.

Interviews are a crucial stage in trying to filter out potential candidates and find the right match. Finding the right candidate means asking the right questions. Come up with a concrete plan for interviews that includes specific, targeted questions aimed at finding the most qualified candidates.
