He will be responsible for spearheading Job Store Staffing®’s efforts to help Aurora job seekers streamline their search, by leveraging the company’s local business relationships on their behalf. Snow brings with him six years of experience in staffing and recruiting, of which one was at Job Store Staffing®.
In his position as On-Site Manager for a large electronics warehouse, Sonny was instrumental in positioning Job Store as an advocate for a safe and healthy work environment for associates, in a large production-driven facility. As the economy and workplace dynamics shift, Sonny mentions that versatility is key, not only in his own career trajectory, but as a key piece of advice to new graduates and seasoned professionals seeking their next opportunity. “Never be afraid to take a chance and live outside of your comfort zone,” he says to the candidates he places.
