Julie DeGolier
President/Owner
Julie is President and Owner of Job Store Staffing and has 33 years of leadership in talent acquisition and staffing. As a second-generation, family business, Julie enjoys working with employers to find the right talent to allow their companies to grow and be successful. Julie has a
passion for people and building purpose through work. Throughout her career, Julie has gained extensive knowledge in risk management, employee engagement, recruiting, and leadership.
In her spare time, you can find Julie spending time with family and friends, as well as, enjoying nature, hiking, and skiing.
Karla Donahue
VP of Operations
Karla has over 20 years with Job Store and even more in the staffing industry. She is a leader to our recruiting team throughout our four offices, providing knowledgeable solutions to any recruiting challenge. Karla has grown through the ranks of Job Store starting as an HR Coordinator and moving into the VP of Operations role. She is responsible for the day to day operations of Job Store, along with training recruiters, coaching, writing procedural manuals and is also responsible for managing the company’s workers’ compensation claims. Her passion for developing strong team members and maintaining excellent client relations makes her a valuable member of our team.
Jennifer Hutchinson
Senior Accountant
Jennifer joined Job Store in January 2023 as Senior Accountant. She has a diverse accounting background that includes corporate and public accounting. She particularly enjoys solving puzzles that so often present themselves in accounting and bridging the gap when there may be competing interests. She thrives in a collaborative environment, which is why she has enjoyed every minute of working with this dedicated, relationship-driven team.
When not at work, you will find Jennifer chauffeuring her overscheduled twin boys and generally corralling her menagerie.
Barb Brinson
Aurora Area Manager
Barb Brinson recently celebrated her 35th year at Job Store. With a rich background in various aspects of staffing, including recruiting and business development, Barb has honed her expertise and found her true passion in partnering with Front Range companies to solve staffing challenges. Her goal is always to find the perfect fit that helps clients achieve their goals more effectively.
Barb is dedicated to building strong, consultative relationships with client companies, striving to understand their unique needs and providing tailored staffing solutions. Her ability to connect with clients and develop long-lasting partnerships is a testament to her commitment and skill in the staffing industry.
In her spare time, Barb enjoys gardening, creating stained glass art, and is currently having a lot of fun with paddle boarding.
Glenda Rasmussen
Colorado Springs Area Manager
Glenda is a dedicated Area Manager for Job Store Staffing and Job Store Professional bringing 26 years of invaluable experience in her role. Her extensive tenure of 22 years with Job Store is a testament to her commitment, expertise, and exceptional Leadership in the staffing industry. Glenda works closely with her staff to ensure the needs of our clients are met in the areas of quality candidates, invoicing, retention, management reports, and production goals. Her continued focus on integrity in every transaction and her enthusiasm for our industry shows daily in the level of service provided to both our clients and associates alike.
When Glenda is not at work she loves spending time with her family.
Tabitha Kuhn
Broomfield Area Manager
Tabitha has been in the staffing industry for over 26 years and joined Job Store Staffing as the Branch Manager for our Broomfield location, in 2012. Her knowledge and passion for the staffing industry allows her to bring strategic solutions to our clients that help them meet their staffing goals. Tabitha’s background includes all faucets of business office management with a strong emphasis on customer service. She’s a genuine team player and understands the significance of team building, prioritization and client/ candidate engagement.
Eileen Hazlett
Payroll/Accounts Receivable Manager
Eileen has been with Job Store Staffing for over 16 years and has a wide knowledge of both the payroll and accounts receivable process at Job Store. She ensures that all associates are paid in a timely manner and all clients are billed weekly. Along with payroll and accounts receivable, Eileen enjoys working on special projects and planning Job Store after hour events. When Eileen isn’t a work, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Jackie Chisholm
Senior Executive Recruiter
Jackie joined the Job Store team in 2016 and is a Senior Executive Recruiter while also managing the Denver branch. Jackie enjoys the challenge of recruiting for a range of different positions but most frequently works on accounting, human resources and professional administrative positions. Jackie enjoys building rapport with clients and employees and is always happy to help in any way she can. Jackie moved to Colorado from Australia in 2015 and she enjoys exploring new places with her family and two dogs.
Lynnette Hardy
Senior Executive Recruiter
Lynnette, a Senior Executive Recruiter at Job Store, brings 9 years of expertise, with 7 years dedicated to Job Store. She has a knack for connecting top-tier talent in supply chain, operations, quality control, and engineering with the perfect roles. Lynnette thrives on the thrill of growing careers and helping clients discover the missing piece of their team. Her secret? A deep dive into understanding each company's unique needs and the specialized skills required. Off the clock, Lynnette loves the exhilaration of riding on the back of her husband's Harley and passionately supports Native American communities through volunteering and fundraising.
Amanda Jensen
Recruiting Manager- Colorado Springs
This is Amanda, the Recruiting Manager for the Colorado Springs branch. She has a need - a need for speed. She specializes in fast placements and going fast on her motorcycle (legally, of course). Since 2019, Amanda has used her multiple HR and Staffing certificates to become an established partner to local companies and job seekers alike. When she's not working or riding her motorcycle, Amanda enjoys spending time with her three rescue dogs and exploring the great outdoors with her family.
Crystal Garcia
Lead Recruiter- Aurora
Crystal joined the Job Store team in October 2021 as a Bilingual Jr. Recruiter for the Aurora Team. She has enjoyed being able to help candidates find a job they are passionate about and is a good fit for them as well as for our clients. Crystal has a background in Warehouse, Customer Service, and Project Management which have been invaluable to making placements.
In her free time, Crystal is passionate about traveling and exploring new places. When not traveling you can find her hanging out with friends at a local Brewery or home alongside her dog, binge-watching Netflix.
Colleen Jennings
On-Site/ Lead Recruiter- Broomfield
Colleen is our Lead Recruiter/On-Site Manager for the Broomfield office and has been with Job Store since 2021. She is passionate about connecting individuals with opportunities that fit their career goals. Colleen graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. When not at work, you can find Colleen trying out new recipes, going for a long hike in the mountains, or cuddling with her chubby cat Leonard.
Kaitlyn George
Lead Recruiter- Denver
Kaitlyn George is originally from Decatur, Georgia and moved to Colorado in 2017. She joined the Job Store in November 2021 after completing her bachelors degree at CSU. Kaitlyn has a passion for linking people to jobs that match their passions and personalities. Kaitlyn has a heartfelt passion for the LGBTQ+ community and representation, from her personal experiences. Outside of work you will find Kaitlyn trying out new recipes or out exploring Colorado and all it has to offer with her family and two dogs, Loki and Hades
Ellen Bolam
Lead Recruiter- Broomfield
Ellen is originally from Tennessee but moved to Colorado in 2021. She joined the Job Store team in March 2022 as a Junior Recruiter for the Broomfield team. Due to her hard work and dedication, she has been promoted to a Lead Recruiter. She enjoys helping individuals find jobs that leave them feeling fulfilled and valued.
Ellen graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Masters in Educational Psychology and a concentration in Community Counseling. When not working, she enjoys hiking, traveling to exciting new places, and cuddling with her three kitties!
Brianna Wilcox
Recruiter- Denver
My name is Brianna and I've been with Job Store for two years. My background is retail management and recruiting, I have a passion for people and I like to listen and build true rapport with clients and candidates. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with friends, family, and my dogs.
Kelsey Clay
Recruiter- Denver
Kelsey moved from Chicago to Denver in 2019. She joined the Job Store Staffing team in September 2022. What led her to recruiting is her passion for people; she is motivated to help others find the right opportunity that suits their needs.
When not working, she loves to stay active with friends and family; traveling, trying new restaurants or any outdoor activities. You can often find her doing yoga, climbing or skiing.
Taylor Flowers
Recruiter- Colorado Springs
Taylor moved from Charlottesville, Virginia to Colorado Springs in the summer of 2024 without ever having been to Colorado before in his Life! He joined the Job Store Staffing team as soon as he got out here. What led him to recruiting is being able to help people find a job and place they belong. Someone not too long ago helped him realize his career and path and he wants to do that for others.
When not working he likes to listen to music, sing and play video games.
Shannon Castanon
Benefits Administrator/Aurora Payroll
Shannon joined Job Store in 2000, launching her staffing industry career as an HR Coordinator with the Aurora branch. Leaving in 2008 to embark on a new role as Mom, Shannon resumed her position as HR Coordinator in 2010, eventually transitioning into part-time while concentrating on payroll, compliance and Workers Compensation aspects for the Aurora office. Adding another title to her repertoire in 2018, Shannon has settled into her role as Benefits Administrator, focusing solely on our amazing external staff. She strives daily to employ Job Store’s core purpose of connecting people and building opportunity.
While not at work, Shannon enjoys spending time with family and friends, and never misses a chance to explore California wine country as well as spoil her adorable nephew, who conveniently lives nearby.
Alexandria Fincher
Social Media Marketing Manager
Alexandria joined Job Store in 2021 as a Social Media Specialist. Alexandria has experience in both social media marketing and insurance. Alexandria is passionate about being creative and being challenged when creating new graphics and videos. In December 2017, she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. In her free time, Alexandria enjoys spending time with her fiancé and dog, Ares.
