As our team continues to acclimate themselves to what has become our “new normal”, I thought I would take the time to let you know how much we value and miss you all: our clients and our dedicated employees. We miss the face to face interactions and being able to visit your places of business – where our team members have added value to your organizations daily. It may be hard to believe, but I am so optimistic and hopeful that, during these difficult times, we will all come together to help one another.
As emergency orders have gone into place state wide, our offices have quickly moved to working remotely to meet all of our client’s and field employee’s needs. We are still here supporting all of our companies, both “essential services” such as medical offices, telecommunications, manufacturing, distribution and call centers as well as those that have gone fully remote with our workforce.
We are reminded in these times that the most constant thing we can count on is change. Human beings have the incredible ability to adapt and face adversity head-on, much like chameleons change their colors, to suit any environment and face any challenge. Each and every small act of kindness leads to a ripple effect that eventually becomes a wave – allowing us to make the world a better place.
More than just being here for your staffing needs, we would also like to serve as a resource center – a centralized point of valuable information for all those that have been affected by COVID-19. The information above is updated regularly and intended to guide and support individuals/families through any challenges they may be facing at this time – from securing employment to finding reliable child care, to financial and housing resources via the DCF and other reliable organizations.
Additionally, we’ve compiled resources for employers to turn to for guidance in navigating the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and CARES Act. Should you have any questions on the information we have posted or would like to access our skill assessments to assist your employees or potential candidates, we are here to assist you at any time.
When we say we are here for you, we mean it. Whether you are a client, part of our contingent workforce, or a member of our community seeking help, please don’t hesitate to let us know if there is any way in which we may be able to assist you.
May you all remain safe, homebound, and healthy.
