History

Job Store Staffing is moving into the next 40 years of business in Colorado with our new logo and branding, new website, technology upgrades, and a continued focus on increasing value to our client companies and employees.  For us to be successful we must first make our clients and employee’s successful.

The Job Store, Inc. was founded in 1974 by Dorothy Grandbois, as a permanent placement agency in Denver, Colorado. Dorothy poured many years of hard work and passion into the organization. Her mission was to build a company that brings people together to create the best work environment possible. Her long-term, staff shares this passion and strives each day to make an impact with our customers and employees, alike.

Leadership

Today, Dorothy’s daughter, Julie DeGolier, leads the organization with Dorothy’s guidance. The mother/daughter duo along with their dedicated team have service offerings in Contract, Contract to Hire, and Direct Hire placements in the specialties of Administrative/ Clerical, Accounting/ Finance, Customer Service, Technical Support, Production/ Manufacturing, and Assembly/ Skilled Labor.

Achievements

In 2013/14, Job Store Staffing was listed in the Denver Business Journal as the 22nd largest woman-owned company in Colorado, the 9th largest Flexible Staffing, Company in the State, and the 3rd largest Local Colorado Staffing Company.
