Background
In 2014, it became apparent their current staffing provider ofmany years was going out of business. They had 7 days tomove 100 associate employees to another staffing service andto find a partner that could continue to provide them withexceptional staffing support for their future growing needs.Finding a new staffing partner was an urgent priority and theyreached out to our team among others.
We were selected based on our commitment to:

Our team spent time at the facility to really understand our client’s staffing needs and challenges. By dedicating ourselves to learning our client’s process and being an active partner in their business, we were able to learn about their culture, different specialty areas, and what makes a great employee for them.
Building trust in one department led to us being recommended to another department, and then to another, until we not only provided talent for production in multiple buildings, but also for positions in customer service, maintenance, buyers, accounting.
