Job Store Staffing® offers a comprehensive benefits package to our employees. As a Job Store employee, you are entitled to the following benefits and incentives:
Competitive Pay, Holidays, and Medical Benefits
- Vacation Bonus: A $200 vacation bonus is offered to all associates that have worked 2,000 hours in a 12-month period.
- Holiday Pay: After 3,000 employment hours are met, our temporary associates are eligible for up to six paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Medical: Job Store contract employees that meet the eligibility requirements under the ACA, will be offered a medical plan to be effective on the first day following 60 days if they elect coverage. Job Store will pay an employers’ share of the premium with the remaining paid by the contract employee. Job Store is compliant with the ACA. Dental/ vision packages are offered when available.
- Competitive Wages: We offer associates competitive wages.
- Direct Deposit and Pay Cards: 98% of Job Store associates utilize direct deposit and/or pay cards.
- Local, Weekly Pay: All our temporary associates are paid each week.
- Credit Union: All Job Store associates may apply for membership at our Credit Union.
- 401k: Certain employees are eligible for our 401k program after a year and 1,000 hours.
- Job Store Staffing Career Portal: This portal offers free, live webinars for job seekers, 1,000 job boards with customized search, resume writing and review, and much more.
- Skills Enhancement: We offer all of our associates free online training from the first day of hire. Free training includes: software packages like Office Suite and Adobe and skills training for receptionists, customer service, time management, interviewing skills, ergonomics and workplace safety training.
- Employee/Associate of the Month Bonus: Every month we select an outstanding Job Store associate. They receive a $25.00 bonus and a certificate.
- Employee Recognition: We recognize our employees that have been hired by clients or just groups of employees while on the job with good work performance.
- Refer A Friend Bonus: We pay a $50 referral bonus to all of our temporary associates who refer a friend or a company to us. (80 hours of work/service required)
