Background:
Our team was working on a bid for a Fortune 500 company. They had a need for an on-site for their 10-building campus. We had started to assist with their staffing of production employees to aid their current, primary staffing vendor. This Fortune 500 company toured our offices, we presented our services to their management team, and our formal proposal was submitted.
Challenge:
A few days later, they called us in a panic. The management team just found out their current staffing company was going out of business. They had to transfer over 100 associate employees to another staffing companies’ payroll immediately.
Solution:
Our company responded quickly. We had a team of Job Store recruiters on-site the next day to meet individually with each employee and to assist them through the application and on-boarding process. Our team also presented our company – who we were, why we are here, and the benefits of our company. Our goal was to ease the transition and make it as comfort for the employees as possible. We had enough people to process most of the employees with in 2 days. We added them to the payroll, created customized billing by department, set up our on-site managers office, and scheduled regular QC meetings with the management team to review our performance stats and data.
Results:
We still work with this company today. It has been a wonderful partnership where we collaborate on any challenges together.
