Background:
We work with many government agencies. We had a county government contact us with an annual project.
Challenge:
This large county office, had a seasonal project each year with staffing needs from 2 days to 2 weeks for 200-800 associate employees. They contacted us to take on the project.
Solution:
We met with the management team of the county and reviewed all the requirements, expectations, timelines, training, safety, and more. We provided them with a formal project proposal with included a seasonal on-site manager to be the direct line of connect for the county. They moved forward with our company.
Results:
That first year we staffed 232 associate employees that worked anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. We ramped up the next year to 680 employees for the same time frame. Each year, after the project, we would meet to discuss what worked and what needed improving. We made more efficiencies each year, by adding videos, on how to enter your time for employees and customized, orientation videos. We came on-site for the main project days to be available to all of our associate employees. We also created customized reports and provided customized invoicing by department, job type and PO for this customer. This allowed them to reconcile invoices quickly to ensure tax payer money was used efficiently. We do still work with this county today.
