Dorothy founded Job Store Staffing in 1974. Dorothy continues to oversee the big picture. Her passion, genuineness and enthusiasm for exceptional service are reflected in the care her employees display for their associates and clients. Dorothy’s commitment to staying in touch with our clients by adopting new innovations and developing best practices has kept Job Store a leader in our local market. She is also a founding member of a company called Anserteam. Anserteam is the only national staffing company certified as a WBENC. Julie DeGolier, President/Owner
Julie has more than 24 years of experience at Job Store Staffing and in the staffing industry. Her goal is to work closely with our clients to help them utilize staffing strategically, to save money in their businesses and to maintain a productive workforce. She is a mentor and gives empowerment to her employees and provides leadership skills and experience necessary to make Job Store one of the top services in the Front Range area. Barb Brinson, Aurora Branch Manager
Barb has over 26 years experience with Job Store Staffing in the Colorado marketplace. Her strengths are in managing on-site services at major clients and leading a team of professionals to surpass our clients’ and associates’ goals. Barb manages our Aurora office and has a passion for assisting clients with employee relations issues, the development of recruiting strategies, training programs and safety issues.
